Viktoriia holds a Master of Business Administration from York College of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Kharkiv Medical College #1, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). Her expertise in healthcare data management and quality improvement was developed through her work as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist, where she led data collection and reporting efforts for multiple American College of Surgeons (ACS) registries and custom quality initiatives.

Currently, Viktoriia serves as Manager of Clinical Registries and Quality Data at WellSpan Health, where she has led and supported the Oncology Registry team for the past three years. In this role, she oversees registry operations and quality data initiatives that support compliance with Commission on Cancer (CoC) and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC) accreditation standards. Her passion for data-driven quality improvement helps advance organizational performance and patient care outcomes.
